Every part of it was IDEAL, I loved staff and location. The room was new-fashioned with comfortable beds and had central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV.

Loved our stay; the staff and rooms were great. The room was tidy with comfortable beds, had wake-up service, that's cool. The hotel was in the center of Bruges. Being right at Den Heerd was nice, we had dinner there.

Tbh, Wi-Fi was pretty slow and the bathroom was really small.

I came here for 3 nights and had a really good stay. Fully equipped hotel, VERY PROFFESIONAL staff and good service. And it also had absolutely stunning view. The beach was astonishing. The gourmet restaurant was popular with lots of meals in the menu.

The staff was lovely, the continental breakfast was delightful and the room was immaculate. Restaurant was perfect for breakfast. It was a decent time staying at this appealing hotel.

Very elegant hotel, good bed, incredibly nice breakfast. The view from the surprisingly large room was magnificent. The staff was exceptionally attentive and also were eager to help. True 3-star experience, attentive service. Optimal location - a short walk to shops and a market. Btw, it was near ideal beach.

the room is huge and immaculately clean, locations is convenient.

Breakfast was good and the reception staff was polite. The downtown is within 15 minutes' walk.

This was a perfect place. An easy walk to the restaurant tearoom carpe diem. Quick access to the markt.
